NOW BOOKING - Speed Development Workshop

As part of Waterford Sports Partnerships' Club Development Seminar Series 2015 we are hosting a Speed Development Workshop with top Athletics Coach Brid Golden.
This will be a practical workshop where coaches will be shown the different aspects of speed development, how to train each aspect, drills to develop speed and how best to apply speed principles to your sport.

- Improve explosive speed for individual and team sports
- Learn how to correct running technique to increase speed and reduce injuries
- Learn specific practices to develop speed for individuals of all abilities

WORKSHOP PRESENTER -
Brid Golden: Ferrybank Athletic Club, IAAF Level 4 Coach. Former National Senior Champion and Irish Record Holder for Heptathlon. Coach to several international level youth, junior and senior athletes in sprints, hurdles and jumps including Kelly Proper who is Ireland’s most prolific winner of National Senior Championships.
