This free event was open to teenagers and clubs from Kickboxing, Karate, Judo, Boxing and Thai Boxing were on hand to teach the skills required for these sports. Demonstrations from Irish and European champions continued throughout the day with many in attendance impressed with the standard of local fighters in Waterford. All participants received a free training pass for a month so that they can train at their preferred club over the coming weeks.
Martial Arts is an activity that caters for all shapes, sizes and skill level. It increases fitness levels, flexibility and maintains a healthy body weight. Joining your local Martial Art/Boxing club has now never been cheaper. The coaches will only be too happy to assist you with your goals of getting fit, toning the body or improving your self defense techniques.
