This forest walk promises to be a relaxing, tranquil stroll. We will be meeting at 1.50pm at the Glenshelane car park which is only 5 minutes from Cappoquin. If you are approaching from Cappoquin take the R669 (Mellerary Road). At the junction where there is a statue between the two roads, veer right. Cross the bridge and turn immediately left into the car park beside the river.
All walkers will need suitable walking shoes (runners are ideal), warm clothing and a waterproof jacket.Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
